2020 America & the World is in the midst of a seriously deadly global pandemic …while at the same time a social & cultural revolution never seen before, that started in this Country …and almost overnight, it mushroomed throughout the World!
But, there’s something in the air that’s different this time…whether is the Virus Pandemic or the Racial & Human Injustice in this Country …people of good conscience in this country and around the world are making their voices heard.
In 1969, Haight-Ashbury’s counter-culture favored a song with pretty music and a really nice beat called “There’s Something in the Air”. A British Band, Thunderclap Newman, first recorded it back in 1969 featuring the late John “Speedy” Keen & the late Andy “Thunderclap” Newman. It’s pretty recognizable even today …but the Lyrics! if you really listen carefully, they’re unequivocally eerie!
Like what’s happening in this country, today …the eerie feeling of what else can happen? and how worse can it be?

Relevant to 2020? And the chaos we’re in? …pretty scary, too!
Sometimes, things out of our control happens that makes you look at life with a very different lens …literally living through and experiencing a health and humanitarian crisis so grave and so massive never seen before in our lifetime, that will literally change our lives, but especially our mindset forever …and also, having the ability to know that it can happen to you or anyone else, has put the fear of the unknown in the lives of all Americans.

People staying home, some with their other half & children, have all the time to just sit down, think, and reflect …reading, watching TV, using the Internet & Social Media, or playing with the kids…when you’re relaxed, your mind wonder.
You get to see life from a different perspective.
You get to know and even meet with people from all over the world …people different than you in every way imaginable, but realize they’re just like you, and they’re fun to be with.
You get to see your neighbor not by the color of their skin, not by the religion in their medals, not by the money in their pockets, not by the ideology they profess, and not by the gender they prefer …you see them & judge them by the moral character they profess…you get to see where their heart really is.
You learn a lot of things when you have a little free time to sit and ponder about your life …while you wait & see if the Virus comes knocking on your door, or your family’s.
The COVID Virus has been a shock to America’s moral conscience! …and in many ways, a serious shock to the “Political System”.
How do you convince those who don’t understand, consider themselves invincible, or are in denial that COVID even exists?
If you really do need to explain things to this crowd, you’ll need to explain it …not only in layman’s terms, but graphically if necessary …and using examples. Like their leader whose daily briefings have been cut from 30 pages/day to 1 page with pictures …stupid is as stupid does.
So! Let’s just make-believe it’s “Independence Day” …the aliens have arrived to kill all of humanity. They’re here! and looking around, killing everything in its sight (and won’t leave until a vaccine is found). The entire earth is fighting together, even enemies side by side…in a battle for its very survival.
There’s only one difference between an extraterrestrial and a real viral infection One is just a flick, COVID is real …it’s here to stay and it kills!
There’s no time for politics. Real conservatives and real republicans understand that Viruses are very bi-partisan, are color blind …and will attack anyone. They support anti-administration critics, and through the Lincoln Project, they make their feelings heard to make the current tenant of the White House, an ex-tenant.
They also support Black Lives Matter…yes! Mitt Romney, certainly no liberal, marched along with the protesters supporting BLM and demanding reform for 400 years of systemic Racial Injustice and the police violence that has always existed, but not to the levels we have today.
America is waking up and smelling the coffee!
People of all races, all colors, all faiths …men, women, children, and seniors, people of all persuasions and all ideologies, but especially the insurgency of America’s youth; all, coming together, helping each other in a time of serious need, a time when any sort of politics would normally be frowned upon.
America and the World are coming together in a fight for our very Survival. Our survival from a deadly virus, and our survival to breadth for Equal Justice and reform of the entire Law Enforcement System.
Everyone standing together side by side, Black & White, Male & Female, Young & Old …all unified for the first time in my 73 yrs and forming a more perfect Union.
It’s 2020 …in the middle of the most deadly pandemic in 102 years, if things are going to happen and get worse, why not now?
Another police violence resulting in the murder of another black man …this time though, the entire murder was captured and shown live on TV …here and throughout the world.
But, this murder changed the way people viewed police violence and viewed human suffering! …maybe it was seeing the reality of life. Seeing the struggles of Doctors, Nurses, & Resp. Therapists, along with all other medical personnel. And all the thank-yous by ordinary citizens…all clapping and shouting “thank you” throughout the City of New York at 7 pm every night. The Patients who survived and wheeled out of ICU or the Hospital …all given a round of applause & cheered throughout the halls of the Hospitals by the very people who saved them.
And the respect between Firefighters & Paramedics, and Hospital Personnel…applauding each other for their hard work and thanks. And all hospitals and communities throughout the country are following their actions and doing it, too.
A new sense of respect by everyone…it doesn’t matter who you are, what color, what gender, what race you are. People are beginning to realize we're all created by the same creator!
By seeing and experiencing these types of crisis, has helped people’s good conscience to be more respectful of others. America is sick and tired of 300–400 years of institutionalized inbred racism, and the violence, the dehumanization, the discrimination, the “genocide by public policy” against blacks. Enough is enough!
Companies are dropping anything that appears racist…Aunt Jemima, Uncle Ben, and Mrs. Butterworth will be the first brands to change names.
The Washington Redskins are about to change its name cause it’s been too racist for too long. Corporations are all endorsing Black Lives Matter, changing their rules…becoming very much aware of discrimination policies, and changing them.
It’s becoming a new world out there. Social, Racial, & Equal Justice has finally become part of our national dialogue, along with Law Enforcement reforms.
People really care, and are willing to fight with all their might when our Nation is under attack…whether by Viral Infections or by Foreign actors.
Political Wisdom is now behind We, The People and the philosophy of Black Lives Matter. Fundamental social changes are now highly favorable with the majority of the American Public.
Not all cops are dirty. Many law enforcement officers throughout the country …and their chiefs are taking a knee along in solidarity with the demonstrators, and embracing each other…police chiefs are also holding Black Lives Matter & End Racism signs. The winds of change are here, and blowing strong!
It’s time to end the Bigotry & Racism spewed by so many in this country. America is sick & tired of all the vile ignorance that’s trying to take over this Nation
Something feels different, though …in a good, just, and righteous way!
“Nascar” founded in Daytona Beach, Florida…where else? Nothing is more synonymous in Stock Car Racing (especially in the South) than the Southern Cross -aka- the Confederate Flag.
Nascar…of all companies…banned the use of the Confederate Flag in all Nascar events. Whether it’s in any type of art in sponsorship advertising or Flags flying inside the venues. They’re all banned.
When Black Race Driver, Bubba Wallace found a hangman’s noose inside his garage, phenomenal raw support of emotions by all his fellow Drivers & their Crews, all walking alongside and behind Wallace’s Car, showing all their emotions, escorting Bubba’s Car to the front of the line in a show of solidarity.
Then when they stopped, Wallace was first hugged by good ol’ boy Richard Petty, his boss…and those hugs followed by every other race driver…like a true band of brothers!
Non-violent Resistance & Civil Disobedience has become the Rule of Law with these demonstrators. Peaceful demonstrators …literally risking their lives with a deadly virus in the air, and risking their lives with hostile police officers willing to kill you in public. They remain steadfast in their mission. 400 years of oppression is enough…there’s no going back to the racial policies of yesteryear!
It appears these daily demonstrations will continue, way after November …till real reform and real Justice for all Americans is finally introduced.
But, for the next 4 months, it’s not going to be pretty …if anyone ever would find a way to stop the elections and remain in power, that person is Donald Trump.
Expect a draconian style suppression of people’s rights and voter suppression like in Russia, Turkey, the Philippines, No. Korea, and Brazil.
Martial Law is a dangerous thing Trump likes to play with…though he tried once (without calling it Martial Law) and failed miserably. Next time, really using Martial Law, would be the most dangerous act in the History of the United States.

Civil Disobedience & Non-Violent Resistance will remain marching in Main Street, USA till all the “People’s” grievances have been resolved.
America is not blinking! ..they ‘will’ remain in the Streets of the USA till Donald Trump is either removed by the Voters, arrested for criminal activities or for Treason, or taken away by the little men in White Coats.
It just seems there ‘is’ something in the air …something good. The way things are working out, we may have a chance to bring back Democracy and the Rule of Law.
It all comes down on exercising your right to Vote! …do you want 4 more years of Donald Trump, allowing him to sell-off this Country to the highest bidder, to demean anyone who questions his actions or motives, and allow him to take a cut of the bounties against American GIs?
On November 3rd, do you want to return to the decency of the real America or the Indecency of Trumpism? Choose Wisely!
